Hello! 

My name is Maddie Burmeister. I have worked in the wedding industry for a little over 6 years now. Back in 2021 I worked my very first wedding assisting a coordinator and I immediately knew it was the field I wanted to be a part of.  Working with a bride on her dream day is my passion! Whether you need a full day of coordinating from getting ready to send off or just wanting assistance getting everyone down the aisle I’m here to help you. 

This fall season of 2025 completes one full year of working at Woodberry.  I have gotten to know the venue really well during this time, from walking the venue with brides, decorating the barn, and setting up at the ceremony site I have learned all of the treasures Woodberry has to offer! I would love to work with you on your special day! Below are my different packages ranging from a decorating only package, to a full day of service with partial planning 3 months out from your wedding day.
