While barn venues may be abundant, the one at Woodberry stands in a class of its own - a true, historic shade tobacco barn, handcrafted over a century ago when Havana, FL was a thriving hub of the tobacco industry.
Our barn isn't just beautiful - it's authentic.
It holds the memory of a time when workers hung delicate tobacco leaves from its rafters, curing them slowly in the soft filtered light that gave this region its reputation and, ultimately, its name. There's something magical about gathering your loved ones to celebrate under the same roof where generations once worked with care and craftsmanship - a quiet kind of legacy woven into every beam, the perfect setting for the beginning of your own legacy.

We offer an affordable, weekend rental that already includes many of the essentials couples usually have to purchase or borrow: tables, chairs, décor, getting-ready spaces, and thoughtful amenities that make your wedding weekend feel natural and effortless.

Here are just a few of the ways we help save you time so you can spend more of your weekend making memories!
all-inclusive pricing
We don't have time to nickel and dime, and neither do you! We don't want you to spend one extra second trying to figure out how much your venue is actually going to cost. We charge a flat rate that includes the use of our Reception Barn, Bridal Cottage, Groom's Speakeasy, Ceremony Locations, Bar, Dance Floor, Catering Shed and everything else we have available. Tables, chairs, pews, benches, floral arrangements and decor galore, fire-pit, yard games, patio heaters, Bluetooth speaker, whiskey barrels...
if it's at the venue, you can use it- no extra charge.
use of decor
We have an entire storage closet full of wedding decor that we gladly loan to our clients for the weekend. Not only does borrowing from us save you time loading all that stuff up, hauling it out here and taking it back home again to store or resell, it also saves you time shopping and a ton of MONEY!
Items are catalogued in a digital format for easy access.
travel time
Once you arrive at Woodberry on Friday at noon, you can stay until Sunday at 1pm! No need to travel for rehearsal or rehearsal dinner. All of that can take place right here. A luxurious king sized bed awaits you in our modern farm cabin at the end of each full day, so you can simply crash whenever you are ready. Saturday morning you can wake up on "farm time" and take a moment to walk part of our 215 acres, or enjoy a cup of coffee in one of the rockers on the cabin porch before you start getting ready.

No problem. All those things are completely your choice. No "approved list" to choose from here!

We do everything electronically to make it as easy as possible.
4. Want to have a place for your family or friends to spend the night too? We have several RV hook-up sites available (electric & water).

5. Want to fully experience farm life at Woodberry? Our pond is stocked with bass, bream and catfish and available for your use all weekend. Our highland cows and sheep are pastured near the cabin for convenient visiting or selfie taking.
